Road to Rio

Dutch Team Review

Where does the Netherlands stack up in the grand scheme of things?  Here is a review of their difficulty scores which for the Netherlands is a little ironic as they have been relying on their excellent execution scores for the most part, that’s how they were able to make team finals last year and place Lieke Wevers into floor finals.

Name VT UB BB FX AA
Eythora Thorsdottir 5.8 5.9 6.2 5.8 23.7
Lieke Wevers 5.0 6.0 5.8 5.6 22.4
Sanne Wevers 5.6 6.7 12.3
Celine Van Gerner 5.0 5.6 5.9 5.4 21.9
Vera Van Pol 5.3 5.9 5.2 5.4 21.8
VT UB BB FX Total
16.1 17.8 18.8 16.8 69.5

Just like I was expecting, this team has the lowest difficulty out of the seven teams I’ve covered already.  However the thing with the Netherlands is their execution can easily make up some of the ground they miss with their difficulty.  Unfortunately I don’t see them fighting for a medal however they should still be in contention to make the team final.
