The last World Cup event before Rio didn’t get a large amount of high quality competitors. In fact, only five women competed vault and six women competed bars. Oksana Chusovitina is the biggest name here, but she’s currently ranked only fourth on vault after having counted a zero on her first vault. She’s also ranked third on bars with an 11.850. Lisa Ecker of Austria qualified into first on vault with an average of 13.325 and Demet Mutlu of Turkey qualified into first on bars with a score of 13.350.
The final day of qualifying is tomorrow, and finals will be on Sunday.
